Shwetark Ganpati is considered to be as one of the purest,most exceptional, and holy item found on this earth. Shwetark Ganpati, which isobtained from the roots of the shrub, called as Ark, Madar (as called inHindi), or Aak (as called in Sanskrit), later takes the form andpersonification of Lord Ganesha. Basically, the plant of Ark or Madar has greenor blue leaves over it, and it blossoms small size flowers over it, which arefree of any fragrance. Some of the Aak trees are white in color with white flowersover it. Such are considered to be the rarest of rare, and are called Shwetark.This white tree of the Aak, i.e. Shwetark is considered to be a form of LordGanpati. Basically, it is the roots of the Shwetark plant, where the LordGanpati is considered to reside. So, anyone who has Shwetark tree grown intheir place, or those who have the roots of the Shwetark Tree with them,automatically holds the focus of the love and adoration of Lord Shiva and LordGanesha.
Shwetark Ganpati is considered to hold the gracious blessings of the LordGanpati (the lord of Ganas), and Lord Shiva (one among the Hindu Trinity ofGods). Possession of Shwetark Ganpati is considered to confer a person withwisdom, improved focusing ability, happy family life, wealth, prosperity, andpositive attitude. It eradicates all the negative vibrations from around theperson to replace it with positive energy. Shwetark Ganpati also safeguards aperson from illnesses and ailments. Installing Shwetark Ganpati in the housebrings in the blessings of the Goddess Laxmi, the deity of wealth andprosperity. It gives power to a person. A person,who wants to have Shwetark Ganpati, should install it in that part of theirhouse where they worship other Gods and divinities. While installing it, makesure that it is rolled up with vermillion, and is wrapped in a red coloredcloth.

While worshipping Shwetark Ganpati, offer red colored flowers,red cloth, rose wood, and green grass. While chanting the Mantra for ShwetarkGanpati, a person should use either Coral Mala or Rudraksha Mala for thepurpose. Also, gur and gram flour should also be offered while performing theworship.
