Connect the cord to the wall socket. A neon lamp will light up, indicating supply of electric current to the roti maker. Wait till the light automatically goes off. The unit is now ready for use. The temperature will be automatically maintained by the thermostat, and the light will glow accordingly.

DIRECTION FOR USE
Apply edible oil on the surface of the bowl and blade.
Place blade in bowl over the bottom groove properly.
Put flour and water in bowl in 3:1 proportion. (i.e. 1 cup of water to 3 cups of flour)
Close the lid and fixed the handle properly.
Rotate the handle for two minutes (1st 15-20 times in clock wise direction and then anti clock wise direction)
Now your dough is ready to prepare the roti/chapattis.
