Shwetark Ganpati is considered to be as one of the purest, most exceptional, and holy item found on this earth. Shwetark Ganpati, which is obtained from the roots of the shrub, called as Ark, Madar (as called in Hindi), or Aak (as called in Sanskrit), later takes the form and personification of Lord Ganesha. Basically, the plant of Ark or Madar has green or blue leaves over it, and it blossoms small size flowers over it, which are free of any fragrance. Some of the Aak trees are white in color with white flowers over it. Such are considered to be the rarest of rare, and are called Shwetark. This white tree of the Aak, i.e. Shwetark is considered to be a form of Lord Ganpati. Basically, it is the roots of the Shwetark plant, where the Lord Ganpati is considered to reside. So, anyone who has Shwetark tree grown in their place, or those who have the roots of the Shwetark Tree with them, automatically holds the focus of the love and adoration of Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesha.
Shwetark Ganpati is considered to hold the gracious blessings of the Lord Ganpati (the lord of Ganas), and Lord Shiva (one among the Hindu Trinity of Gods). Possession of Shwetark Ganpati is considered to confer a person with wisdom, improved focusing ability, happy family life, wealth, prosperity, and positive attitude. It eradicates all the negative vibrations from around the person to replace it with positive energy. Shwetark Ganpati also safeguards a person from illnesses and ailments. Installing Shwetark Ganpati in the house brings in the blessings of the Goddess Laxmi, the deity of wealth and prosperity. It gives power to a person. A house with Shwetark Ganpati or a white Aak tree from which Shwetark Ganpati forms, remain safe and no one among the rivals of that house can make any harm to its people. Also, people living in those houses never go through any suffering, adversities, or adequacy in their life.
Poverty eliminates, and affluence pours in through Shwetark Ganpati. A person, who wants to have Shwetark Ganpati, should install it in that part of their house where they worship other Gods and divinities. While installing it, make sure that it is rolled up with vermillion, and is wrapped in a red colored cloth.

While worshipping Shwetark Ganpati, offer red colored flowers, red cloth, rose wood, and green grass. While chanting the Mantra for Shwetark Ganpati, a person should use either Coral Mala or Rudraksha Mala for the purpose. Also, gur and gram flour should also be offered while performing the worship.
